The shipping cost is determined based on the total value of your order.

If your total order value is less than $60, the shipping fee is $5.99 (Standard Shipping).

If your total order value is $60 or more, shipping is free via Standard Shipping.

  1. DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

We can ship worldwide. However, there are certain regions where we cannot deliver. Should you be situated in one of these regions, we will reach out to you.

Shipping fees are as follows:

– For orders under $100: Shipping Fee = $7.99 (Standard Shipping) – For orders totaling $100 and above: Free shipping via Standard Shipping

  1. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We hold no responsibility for customs fees that may apply once your items have been dispatched. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages might be sent to you and could incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

  1. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAME?

Shipping duration varies depending on your location. Please bear in mind:

Total shipping time = Processing time + Delivery time

Processing time: After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order, all of our items are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards, so this process often takes 5 to 7 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for order processing (embroidery patterns necessitate more time for a superior-quality product) During peak sale seasons, it might be extended by 1-2 days.

Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 15 to 25 business days (inside US) or 20 to 30 business days (worldwide). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  1. WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Absolutely, you will receive an email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please get in touch with us.

For certain shipping companies, it can take 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the online system. If there is still no information available on your tracking code within 5 to 7 days of receiving it, please contact us.

  1. WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

For logistical reasons, items within the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
